The mission of the AVCA is to advance the sport of volleyball with AVCA coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy and professional development. With a membership over 6,400, the AVCA provides a professional network for individuals and companies dedicated to enhancing and promoting the sport of volleyball. Members include collegiate, high school, club, youth and Olympic coaches, as well as volleyball club directors. The AVCA provides education to volleyball coaches, recognition of elite players and coaches, promotion of volleyball competitions throughout the world, and networking opportunities for volleyball products and services providers.

The Junior Volleyball Association is an association of Junior Club Directors dedicated to all facets of junior volleyball and have a desire to offer the best programming possible to their members. With a commitment to developing and sharing best practices across clubs, JVA also assists its membership with growth and development goals. As a trade association established to serve those who have dedicated themselves to a part- or full-time commitment to junior volleyball, the JVA’s mission is to promote the growth of youth and junior volleyball through program and resource development, education and events.
